These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Wolfen Clean Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at wolfenclean.com and any cleaning services you book through us. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
SMS text messaging is a separate, optional program and is not part of these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms — and booking, paying for, or using any of our services — does not sign you up for text messages and does not require you to consent to them. We send SMS only to customers who separately and explicitly opt in, and you can use our website and book and receive every cleaning service without ever opting in to SMS. The optional SMS opt-in and its terms are described in Section 6.
Wolfen Clean Co. provides residential apartment cleaning services in the Northwest Austin, Texas area. Services are performed by Kailey Wolfen and are subject to availability. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we have sent you a confirmation.
You may request a booking through our website or by contacting us directly. We will confirm or follow up within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM CT).
Payment terms will be communicated when your booking is confirmed. We currently accept cash, CashApp, and PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing safe access to your apartment at the scheduled time. If access is not available at the time of service and we are not notified in advance, a trip fee may apply.
Wolfen Clean Co. carries general liability insurance (certificate available at wolfenclean.com/docs/certificate-of-insurance.pdf). We take great care with your belongings; however, we ask that you secure or identify any fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before your service.
Our liability for any claim arising from a cleaning service is limited to the cost of that individual service.
This SMS program is optional and separate from the rest of these Terms. It is never required to book, pay for, or receive any service, and agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you. These SMS terms apply only to customers who have taken a separate, affirmative opt-in action: signing up on our text-updates page at wolfenclean.com/sms-signup.html, checking the optional (unchecked-by-default) SMS box on our booking form, or texting CLEAN to (512) 222-1876. By taking one of those actions, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Wolfen Clean Co. at the number provided. Messages may include:
Message frequency: Varies, typically 2–4 messages per booked appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
